Properties: white powder. Bitter taste. The relative density is 1.43, and the melting point is not less than 203~204 °C. Soluble in alkali aqueous solution, difficult to dissolve in cold water, ethanol, acetone, insoluble in gasoline and toluene. It is suitable for metal oxide vulcanization, especially magnesium oxide and zinc oxide as vulcanizing agents. Safe to operate, not easy to scorch. Under the normal vulcanization temperature, the vulcanization rate is faster, and with the increase of the dosage, the vulcanization rate can still be improved, but the scorching resistance decreases, and the combination with the accelerator DM can improve the scorching resistance. The obtained vulcanized rubber has high tensile stress, small compression deformation, good elasticity and heat resistance.
Use: This product can be used as various types of neoprene rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, chloroether rubber, acrylic rubber accelerator. It is also particularly suitable for 54-1(W) type and general purpose (GN) type neoprene. For W-type neoprene, lead monoxide or lead tetroxide can be used as a vulcanizing agent to make water-resistant rubber. Used in wires, cables, rubber, pipe tapes, rubber shoes, rain boots, raincoats and other products, also used in fine chemical crystal intermediates, antioxidants, pesticides, dye drugs and synthetic resins.
Packing: 25kg plastic woven bag, paper-plastic composite bag, kraft paper bag.
Storage: Should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated, low temperature place. Packaged products should be protected from direct sunlight and have a validity period of 1 year.
