Properties: gray-white powder (granules), slightly odorous, non-toxic. Specific gravity 1.31-1.34, melting point above 98 °C, soluble in benzene, toluene, chloroform, carbon disulfide, dichloromethane, acetone, ethyl acetate, not soluble in ethanol, insoluble in water and dilute acid, dilute alkali and gasoline.
Usage: CZ is a highly active after-effects accelerator with excellent scorch resistance, safe processing and short vulcanization time. The promotion effect is strong when the vulcanization temperature is above 138 °C. It is often combined with TMTD, DPG or other alkaline accelerators as a second accelerator. Alkaline accelerators such as thiuram and dithiocarbamate enhance their activity. Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, hoses, rubber shoes, cables and other industrial rubber products.
Packing: 25kg plastic woven bag, paper-plastic composite bag, kraft paper bag, or container plastic woven bag.
Storage: should be stored in a single layer in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. The packaged products should be protected from direct sunlight, and stacking them on top of each other will cause abnormal compression of the product or particle breakage. High humidity or high temperatures can cause product decomposition. Valid for 1 year.
