Properties: light yellow powder (granules), slightly odorous, bitter taste, non-toxic, specific gravity 1.42-1.52, melting point above 171 °C, soluble in ethyl acetate, acetone, sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate dilute solution, soluble in ethanol, not soluble in benzene, insoluble in water and gasoline. Stable storage. When dusty, the lower explosion limit is 21g/m3.
Uses: Wang to be used for IR, NR, SBR, NBR, HR and EPOM systems, currently a major acid vulcanizing agent, with medium vulcanization rate, and other vulcanizing agents such as DM and TMTD and other basic vulcanizing agents can achieve higher activity. Its vulcanization temperature is low, easy to disperse in rubber, no pollution, mainly used in the manufacture of tires, tapes, rubber shoes and other industrial rubber products, but can not be used as food materials.
Packing: 25kg plastic woven bag, paper-plastic composite bag, kraft paper bag, or container plastic woven bag.
Storage: should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. The packaged products should be protected from direct sunlight and have an expiration date of 2 years.
