Sunchemy International Co., Ltd. was established in 2011, serving customers from more than 30 countries. Bases on rubber additives, rubber and plastic lab testers and production equipment, we not only provide customers with high-qualified rubber chemicals, but also technical supports for raw material checking, prescription testing and production process adjustments.

Our rubber chemical factory is one of the largest manufacturers in China, covering an area of 410,000 m2 with more than 1,000 employees. Persisting in the principle of environmental protection, our factory took the lead in introducing the Claus sulfur recovery facility in year 2006. In year 2007, two Agilent GC and LC equipment were installed, which enable us to carry out the testing following international standards. Our factory has obtained certificates of ISO9001 quality management system, ISO10012 measurement management system and ISO14001 environment management system. With the aid of advanced manufacturing facilities, scientific management systems, as well as strict warehouse logistics, we are supplying customers with top qualitied and stable rubber chemicals.

Meantime, we are specializing in research and development of Rotorless Rheometer, Mooney viscometer, Universal testing machine, Abrasion tester and Fatigue tester and other rubber and plastic lab instruments. As the first Chinese company with CE accreditation of these products, we participated in drafting the Chinese industrial standards of them.

Up to now, our testing instruments have been exported to the US, Canada, Mexico, Germany, Spain, Italy, Finland, Belgium, Portugal, Turkey, Russia, Brazil, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, South Africa, Tunisia and other quantities with a total number of more than 500 units. Our instruments are advanced designed with high configuration and exquisite appearance. Customers are deeply impressed by their high stability and testing reproducibility.

Dalian is the largest production center for rubber and plastic machinery in China. Our rubber production machinery factory was established in 1986, covering an area of 120,000 m2 with more than 600 employees. It is developing to be a leading supplier of rubber and plastic machinery in China. Our factory has capabilities of technical research & development and production for full range of rubber mixing equipment, extrusion equipment, calender equipment, cooling equipment, etc. We can design a complete production line on customer’s demands.
