Properties: light yellow or orange crystal material (granules), non-toxic, slightly ammonia odor. Melting point above 80 °C, specific gravity 1.34-1.40, soluble in benzene, acetone, chloroform, insoluble in water, dilute acid and alkali. Gradually decomposes when heated above 50 °C.
Application: for after-effect vulcanization accelerator, small activity, large retardation, short vulcanization time, excellent scorch resistance, safe processing, easy to disperse, no frost, slight discoloration, suitable for natural glue and synthetic glue. It is mainly used in the manufacture of tires, hoses, rubber shoes, transport belts and other industrial rubber products.
Packing: 25kg plastic woven bag, paper-plastic composite bag, kraft paper bag, or container plastic woven bag.
Storage: Should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. The packaged product should be protected from direct sunlight and valid for 8 months.
