Properties: This product is a mixture, brown-gray granules. Insoluble in water, soluble in benzene, toluene, acetone, slightly soluble in ethanol.

Uses: antioxidants DTPD is a p-phenylenediamine antioxidant, neoprene anti-ozone agent, not only is a high-efficiency antioxidant, but also widely used in a variety of rubber products. Antioxidants DTPD anti-ozone, anti-flexion and crack resistance are similar to antioxidants 4010NA and 4020, far better than antioxidants A and D. Antioxidants DTPD have good long-term performance, especially when combined with antioxidants 4020 or 4010NA1:1, which is the best anti-ozone system to improve tire life. The reason for this is that the two types have a synergistic effect on phenylenediamine, with the antioxidant 4020 or 4010NA providing the necessary short-term protection early and the antioxidant DTPD providing long-term protection. Due to the introduction of one or two solubilizing groups on the benzene ring on both sides of the molecular structure of the antioxidant DTPD, its solubility in rubber is greatly increased, and the frost spraying is much lower, allowing a larger amount in the rubber. Antioxidant DTPD because of its small alkalinity, basically no effect on vulcanization and scorching, especially because of its anti-metal toxicity is the strongest phenylenediamine antioxidant, the longest protective effect, especially suitable for the use of harsh conditions of load tires, off-road tires and a variety of radial tires and bias tires. Antioxidants DTPD can also revolutionize the application of antioxidants 4010NA and 4020 tires that turn red.
