Properties: gray-white powder (granules). The density is 1.26-1.32. Soluble in benzene, chloroform, carbon disulfide, propanol, methanol, ethanol, insoluble in gasoline, water, dilute acid, dilute alkali.
Use: This product is an after-effect promoter of natural rubber, cis-butadiene gum, isoprene gum, styrene-butadiene rubber and recycled rubber, especially suitable for carbon black rubber with strong alkaline. Safe at operating temperature, strong scorch resistance, fast vulcanization speed, high tensile strength, can increase the proportion of synthetic rubber. Low toxicity and high efficiency, is an ideal substitute for NOBS, has excellent comprehensive performance, is known as a standard accelerator. Widely used in the production of radial tires. It can be used in combination with aldehyde amine, guanidine, and thiuram accelerator, and when used with anti-scorch agent PVI, it constitutes a good vulcanization system. It is mainly used in the manufacture and production of tires, rubber shoes, hoses, tapes and cables.
Packing: 25kg plastic woven bag, paper-plastic composite bag, kraft paper bag, or container plastic woven bag.
Storage: It should be stored in a single layer in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. The packaged products should be protected from direct sunlight, and stacking them on top of each other will cause abnormal compression of the product or particle breakage. High humidity or high temperatures can cause product decomposition. Valid for 1 year.
