Properties: white crystalline material (granules). Specific gravity 1.25-1.35. soluble in acetone, benzene, toluene, ether, ethyl acetate, hot carbon tetrachloride, hot alcohol, slightly soluble in gasoline, insoluble in kerosene and water.

Uses: It can prevent early vulcanization of rubber during processing, improve processing safety, and have little effect on vulcanization speed and vulcanization properties. Because it can effectively prevent scorching, it is possible to run at high temperature and high speed of calender and extruder, and can effectively use strong vulcanizing active agent to improve the production capacity of the vulcanizing machine, and the total production capacity of the plant is improved. It can greatly improve the storage stability of rubber materials and prevent natural vulcanization during storage. It can be used in combination with accelerators WILLING NS, WILLING M, WILLING DM, WILLING CBS and effective or semi-effective vulcanization systems to improve the properties of the compound. This product has a regenerative and restorative effect for rubber materials that have been subjected to high heat due to season, operation and improper cooperation, or rubber materials that cannot be further processed with scorching hazard. No undesirable side effects such as foaming and pollution. It is mainly used in natural rubber, synthetic rubber, especially when used in combination with sulfonamide accelerators, to form a good vulcanization system.

Storage: Should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Packaged products should be protected from direct sunlight and have a validity period of 1 year.
