Properties: white powder (granules). The relative density is 1.66. soluble in dilute alkali, carbon disulfide, benzene, acetone and methylene chloride, slightly soluble in chloroform, difficult to dissolve in ethanol, carbon tetrachloride, ethyl acetate.

Uses: super accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic glue and general accelerator for latex. It is especially suitable for butyl glue with requirements for compression deformation and nitrile glue with excellent aging resistance, and is also suitable for EPDM rubber. The vulcanization temperature is 100οC, and the activity is stronger than that of TMTD, but the activity is strong at low temperature, the scorching tendency is large, and it is easy to cause early vulcanization during mixing. This product has an activating effect on thiazole sulfonamide accelerators and can be used as a second accelerator. When used together with DM, the anti-scorch performance also increases with the increase of DM dosage. Because it is odorless, non-polluting and does not change color, it is suitable for adhesive tape, food and pharmaceutical rubber products. In the United States, ZDMC has been approved by the FDA. It has significant effects in EPDM, butyl gum and other products.

Packing: 25kg plastic woven bags, paper-plastic composite bags, kraft paper bags.

Storage: Should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. The packaged products should be protected from direct sunlight and have an expiration date of 2 years.
