Properties: This product is yellow powder (granules). Density 1.37-1.40. Odorless, ambiguous. Soluble in benzene, acetone, dichloroethane, carbon disulfide, toluene, slightly soluble in ethanol and ether, insoluble in gasoline and water. Stable storage.

Uses: This product is a non-discoloring, non-polluting super accelerator, mainly used for natural rubber and synthetic rubber. The activity is about 10% lower than that of the accelerator TMTD, and the tensile strength of vulcanized rubber is also slightly lower. The after-effect of the critical temperature of sulfide 121οC is larger than that of thurum disulfide and dithiocarbamate accelerators, and the scorch resistance is excellent. When using this product, the sulfur dosage range is large. This product can be used alone, or in combination with thiazoles, aldehyde amines, guanidines and other accelerators, and is the active agent of thiazole accelerators. There is a delayed vulcanization effect in general-purpose (GN-A type) butadiene rubber. When used in latex with dithiocarbamate, it can reduce the tendency of early vulcanization of the compound. This product can not decompose active sulfur and cannot be used for sulfur-free cooperation.

Packing: 20kg/25kg plastic woven bags, paper-plastic composite bags, kraft paper bags.

Storage: Should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. The packaged products should avoid direct sunlight, and the stacking between the brackets should not be overlapped, and the overlapping stacking or temperature exceeding 35 °C will cause abnormal compression of the product; Valid for 2 years.
