Properties: This product is light yellow crystal material (granules). Odorless, tasteless. Soluble in benzene, acetone, dichloroethane, carbon disulfide, toluene, chloroform, slightly soluble in ethanol and ether, insoluble in gasoline and water.
Uses: overspeed accelerator, not rubber dyeing. Available for NR, IR, BR, SBR, IIIR, NBR and EPDM. The performance is similar to TT and TEDD, but the foamability and coking properties are low. Good vulcanization performance but low strength. When sulfur-free, it also has high vulcanization and heat resistance, no foaming, and strong pressure resistance of the product.
Packing: 25kg plastic woven bags, paper-plastic composite bags, kraft paper bags.
Storage: Should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. The packaged products should be protected from direct sunlight, and the stacking between the trays cannot be overlapped, overlapping stacking or the temperature exceeding 35 C will cause abnormal compression of the product, and the validity period is 1 year.
