Properties: This product is white powder, specific gravity 1.32. Bitter, flammable and toxic. Soluble in fermentation, ether, acetone, cyclohexanone, tetrahydrofuran, etc., slightly soluble in various plasticizers for PVC, insoluble in water and carbon disulfide. Dissolve in alkaline solution and fold out in acidic solution.
Use: This product is used as a rapid vulcanization accelerator, the critical temperature of vulcanization is 80 °C, and attention should be paid to avoid early vulcanization when mixing. The activity is higher at temperatures above 100 °C. The resulting products are tough, tensile strength and flexural fatigue resistance, but the products will be discolored by light, mainly used in natural latex and neoprene dairy products. This product is also used as a heat stabilizer for polyvinyl chloride by emulsion polymerization, especially suitable for soft products, can not be used with lead, cadmium and other stabilizers, otherwise it will cause discoloration of the product. This product is a reagent for medicine, dye intermediates and testing osmium and rhodium products.
Packing: 25kg plastic woven bags, paper-plastic composite bags, kraft paper bags.
Storage: Should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. The packaged products should be protected from direct sunlight and have an expiration date of 1 years.
