F-MDR is for determing the vulcanization characteristic of rubber compound, especially for the foam rubber. It provided the foaming curve, foaming rate curve and Curing curves. And foaming parameters can be obtained such as Pmax, Pmin, foaming rate and time such as PT10, PT30, PT50 and PT90 etc. Based on Fast Fourier Transform algorithm, F-MDR gets torques such as S’, S” and S* (@ML,@MH),curing time such as Ts1,Ts2,T10,T30,T50,T60 and T90,loss angle or Tanδ etc. Which cover the sample’s stiffness and damping property.
